Excalibur Administrator Course:This is an intense course for the superuser of Excalibur and can only be taken once the Excalibur User Course has been completed.

Excalibur Legal Course:This course is dedicated to the user that will deal with legal workflows in Excalibur. From drafting a Section 129 Notice to Emolument Attachment Orders, etc.
Process incoming and outgoing telephone calls:The qualified learner will be capable of employing effective telephone etiquette, answering telephone according to organisational standards, processing incoming and outgoing calls.
Handle a range of customer complaints in Contact Centres:The qualified learner will be capable of identifying the customer’s problem, committing to solving the customer’s complaint, arranging correct planning and solution to the customer’s problem, communicating with all stake holders, and providing practical business solutions.
