All training services for Candidates are optional.
Candidates simply complete the basic application process and upload their CV. Thereafter our software creates your profile. You will need to ensure your profile is correct and as complete as possible, then sit back and relax while we attempt to seek employment for you.
Your Candidate profile is instantly and continuously matched and ranked to all the suitable vacancies.
When matched and ranked to a suitable vacancy, your Candidate profile is immediately emailed to the specific Employer and routed to the relevant person.
The Employers handpick their shortlisted Candidates and, if you are shortlisted, they can request an interview.
It all starts with your application – the more detail you (as a Candidate) provide, the better we can match you with the suitable vacancy – enabling you to land that interview!
What are the Benefits?
Simply apply, upload your CV and your profile will be created via our database software. You will need to check its accuracy and maybe complete any outstanding info on your profile before submitting, alternatively, re-submit/re-apply.
